Breakfast & After School Clubs
Our breakfast club is operated by the school and opens term time only from 7.45am until 8:45am in the cafe area of the nursery building, (the old Children’s centre building). At 8:45am the breakfast club team takes the children to their relevant classrooms ready to start their school day.
The breakfast club menu consists of a range of cereal, toast/ bagels/ crumpets, yoghurts, fruit and fruit juice or milk. This is served to the children from the cafe space.
FeesFees per session are £2.50 per child. Bookings must be made and paid at least one day in advance as this will ensure your child has been allocated a place. Payments are made via the online payments system ‘My Child At School’ (MYCAS) or via PayPoint. Sessions must be booked through the MYCAS app. If you require a breakfast club place for a Monday morning, bookings for the place should be made the Friday prior. Parents will be notified in writing of any changes to fees.
After School Club
Our afterschool club is run from 3:15pm until 5:15pm on a daily basis during term time and caters for up to 20 children. The club is held in the cafe area of the nursery building, (the old Children’s centre building).
The club provides a snack and drink if children stay for the full session. This is served to the children from the cafe space.
Registration forms must be completed before your child is booked into either of the clubs. Forms are available from the school office.
Fees for a full session (3:15pm – 5:15pm) are £5.00 per child, this includes a snack. Fees for a half session (3:15pm – 4:15pm are £2.50. Fees must be paid in advance. Payments are made via the online payments system ‘My Child At School’ (MYCAS) or via PayPoint. Sessions must be booked through the MYCAS app. To ensure your child is allocated a place, bookings should be made by 2pm daily, or further in advance.
Please note, failure to book your child into the club by 2pm will result in them not being given a place. School will contact you to collect your child. We understand that on occasions traffic causes issues, emergencies happen, so it is on this basis that we will accept up to three late pick ups each year. If a family has three occasions then the service/facility will be removed for half a term. There will also be a late charge collection.
